World Bank

The World Bank is an essential source of financial support and technical for the developing countries of the whole world.

The World Bank is composed of two institutions managed by 187 Member States: the international Bank for the rebuilding and development (BIRD) and the International Development Association (IDA). The BIRD aims to reduce poverty in the countries to intermediate income and poorer but solvent countries while the IDA exclusively targets her efforts on the poorest countries of the world.
