Review of the development efforts in the agricultural sector

During the period 1990-2005, on average 70% of flows financed versed with agriculture were intended for the support of the production, in the form of direct support with the animal crop productions and the factors of production (water resources, covers over with soil, inputs, financial services, agricultural and veterinary). However, the breeding with only 4.5% of sectoral aid, profited from less investments than the agricultural under-sector. In the same way, the share allocated with research, popularization and the formation in the sector are weak compared to the added-value of agriculture (0.1% of the sectoral GDP in 2004).
